We ship our products all over the world with DHL Express. Shipping time depends on the final destination. For all EU countries, the delivery takes 1-2 buisiness days. For more distant places (New Zealand or South America for instance) it takes up to 3-5 buisiness days to receive your order.

 

We always ship products with a tracking service so you can look forward to your new purchase, and to make sure that you are available to receive your delivery! If you haven’t received a tracking number within 2 business days of placing your order, please contact us.

For all shipping destinations, we ensure that sales taxes, import duties and fees are included in the final sale price. 

 

TRANSPORT DAMAGE

In the rare instance that your product has been damaged in transit, please report this to the shipping company immediately, then report the issue to us. It is important that you do not sign for the delivery if the box is damaged.
